I wasn't seen!!! Somehow they had double booked. So I drove there for to get turned away without being seen. Very poor. Very didn't know anything about my booking. Not happy

Setting very tranquil. Service excellent. My massage left me relaxed and I will be booking again. Staff very attentive. I have had other treatments and all have been value for money.

I was looking forward to my treatment, a Thai-style hot compress massage, and it did not disappoint. A very relaxing treatment and the hot compresses really soothed my muscles. I would recommend this treatment.

Originally booked for the Park inn branch but was asked if I could go to!the new branch at St James, which wasn't a problem. It is a new salon, bright and airy. Had my treatment and cut with Roxy who was lovely and did exactly what I asked for. I had a £10 off voucher from Wahanda so it cost me £ 24 for a lovel Elemis conditioning treatment, a cut and blow dry. Will definitely go back,
