The whole visit was as l expected although the staff did not appear to realise l had booked an appointment via Treatwell. I was disappointed as 24 hours later by 7pm on a Saturday three of my nails were chipped and one came half way off. Obviously no time to revisit as l went away the next day.

When I had booked I was called to see if I could go in a different day to suit the salon. When I arrived on the new day/time I was greeted and offered a drink. The therapist was running behind so my appointment ended up half and hour later.
It was the same the first time I used the salon.
Krista was obviously very busy, she remained professional and asked if my nails were the right shape, length and thickness before finalising them, which I thought was great.
