My appointment was meant to be at 2.30 but someone called and moved it to 4 which was fine but when I got there it walked in and no one acknowledged me - I sat and waited for over 10 minutes. Still nothing and then when I walked over to say I had an appointment booked they told me it was booked for 4.30..I booked for a senior stylist who I’m fairly certain I didn’t have and paid extra for. I had no apology from any of the staff for the experience. I’ve now left to go home and re-do my hair as I look as my friend just described a ‘poofy poodle’. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My technician Fiona was incredibly helpful when getting a nightmare set of acrylics off. She was very careful and took extra time to remove them as they were stuck fast. Also gave some great advice on alternatives while I give my nails a break.
