This salon is such a dump. It’s okay if you don’t have high standards and aren’t used to being treated well by your therapist. The treatments I had were basic, they weren’t even executed well. The manager is rude, defensive and should not be in a customer service role. The salon it’s self reminds me of a caravan from my big fat gypsy wedding, tac. The overall cleanliness of the salon I would too question, but again it does depend on your standards, if you have standards please leave these at the door on arrival. They also verbally slated Treatwell, which I just felt was so unprofessional, companies meant to be working with each other! So as you may have guessed I will not be returning. I couldn’t be paid to, I’d rather have a moustache and unruly brows!!!

The actual highlights were fine and service was ok ....BUT I got charged nearly double the price that I was quoted on Treatwell.
