Jess did a fantastic job with my hair. She took care to get it right and talked me through the process at each step, which I appreciated. A fantastic stylist and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone having their hair coloured!
Unfortunately, the salon was short-staffed while I was there. The end of my appointment was rushed, with the salon manager stepping in to take over drying. This meant I didn't have chance to ask questions about upkeep. Understandable, but not ideal.
