The best facial as always. The ambience in this salon is always so warm and welcoming. The staff make you feel very at home. Wendy is an excellent therapist and I left the salon with glowing skin! Will 100% be back soon! xx

Love my balayage but my appointment was delayed by an hour due to some issues with opening - a shame no one called me or informed me ahead of appointment as I would just come later rather than being sat in the salon. The older lady which I’m assuming is the manager / the owner is not very nice I hated the way she spoke to the staff and the atmosphere was extremely tense and unpleasant the staff also seemed to be scared of her. Not a comfortable place to be and I hope everyone working there ok
