I want to say a really big thank you to Rochelle who so kindly did my mums hair this afternoon. My mum has had a very low period of time and had let her hair get into a very bad state, she was very scared and embarrassed to finally go to a hairdresser. She called me to say she had a wonderful experience, Rochelle was so kind and made my mum feel completely relaxed. My mum is over the moon that her hair looks so good and FaceTimed me to show it off!
