Been here a few times but today I left feeling disappointed. Rochelle was good but I left with a completely different hair colour to what I expected when I showed her the picture. I wanted golden bronde hair and I left with brunette. The cut is nice but I am disappointed with the colour. I am clueless about hair and trusted her opinion to look like the photo. I understand it would not look exactly like the image but I would have hoped for it to look fairly similar not brunette.
