My appointment was originally booked for 11:45am then at 9:50am I received an email stating my appointment had now been changed to 12:45pm(no phone call/message to check this was okay and no apology for inconvenience from the salon).The girl doing my nails went home due to illness halfway through doing my nails (not an issue) & another lady took over who didn’t say a word to me - not even hello.l felt the salon had an unwelcoming atmosphere & I felt a little uncomfortable here :(

Great salon, the team are all lovely and accommodating.
I’ve been here for haircuts before but this was the first time for balayage. Jess did my balayage and I love it, it’s a gorgeous colour.
Jess listened to what I liked, made sure I was okay throughout and I will 100% be back.
