Jess was very helpful and informative and is talented at balayage. I look and feel amazing - my new hairdo has really uplifted me and boosted my confidence. I do so many different hairstyles etc with different hair textures and products. Even more so than before - I can’t stop looking in my mirrors even more than before. I love it.
