Staff looked like they’d never done it before. The shop looked like it’d just been thrown together.
The salon was bare, I was under the impression the girls would be made to feel special but the nail tech spoke to them through us. The second lady was lovely, very professional and very kindly offered to re do the girls nails if they got chipped walking around town. If the second lady had been there to do the girls nails maybe it would have been a more enjoyable experience.
I would recommend just on the basis of Maria and he's wonderful interpersonal skills :)
Really attentive staff! I was surprised by the less sticky wax they used, it was less painful and the redness of the skin lasted only that afternoon. Happy to come back again!
