Lisa was welcoming, friendly and has fantastic hands!!! Only negative is I am disabled and the establishment is down a spiral staircase. I was able to go the back way but there were still about 20 stairs.
It was fabulous as it has been the last few times I was here. Definitely best eyelash extensiona in town.
Therapist spent a long time perfecting my brows, which I appreciated. However, there was no shape consultation and I didn't like the shape I was given. I was also kept waiting 20 minutes. It is a great location though and very clean! Just be sure to state how you want them clearly before hand.
I was pleased as I found it to be good value for money but I was made to wait about 10-15 mins later than the time my appointment was booked for. I was very disappointed in the hollywood I had from this salon and despite the good value for money, even if it was made cheaper I would never go back there again. The hollywood wax I had done was extremely painful compared to all the pleasant and almost pain free hollywood waxes I have had done before. It should have never been as painful as it was and it left my skin red and sore. I would not recommend this salon for an intimate wax whether it be a hollywood or brazilian wax!
I really enjoyed the massage I received at Veronica's beauty salon. this was my first visit to the salon and I was really impressed. I will be going back
