very disappointed, I booked to have a shellac manicure at the salon only to be contacted via text, just over an hour before my appointment and told that appointment wasn't available. When I enquired as to why this was I was told "I've literally just had a walk in client take the space for a massage" I explained that I had booked the previous day and surely my appointment should be honoured over a walk in client only to be told that I couldn't be taken. I was offered a much later appointment but unfortunately the time wasn't suitable. I can't comment on the treatments at the salon, which seem to be highly rated but I certainly wouldn't book again due to my bad experience.

Veronica is a really nice person as well as a highly professional beautician and I'm sure I will be using her services soon again.
Got waxing package and am really happy with results, great waxing and therapist is lovely lady, very happy to recommend this place which is really handy for people working in Glasgow City Centre so you can go at lunchtime or after work.
