I have been visiting this salon a few times and I admit I've always been pleased with the service... until last Saturday. A new beautician was appointed to do my nails using gel technique that I was encouraged to try by one of the owners a few months ago. it was a simple infill session and the results were not great. The lady looked inexpert and was not even able to understand what shape I wanted my nails to be, despite having shown her one nail by doing it myself. I wouldn't have written this review if it wasn't for the final part of this experience, in which, not happy with the service received I complained to the owner whom in reply told me she was sorry but she "didn't know what to do" and that the beautician had started two days before my appointment and she was learning. I explained the owner it wasn't my problem and that if you pay for a service that you know being done in a certain way you would expect to receive the same service anytime you go. This didn't help and the owner let me go without offering me a refund to my voucher. 1 hour and half of my Saturday off wasted and £20 pounds paid to another salon to have my nails done again (because yes, I couldn't even pick up things with my hands given the thickness of the gel). Won't definitely go back again.

Loved the staff. The waxing was fairly accurate. Very good pedicure and manicure. Appreciated that they were on time notwithstanding the busy agenda.
