I have always waxed my upper lip and never experienced anything but general redness. This time part of the skin has been removed resulting in two abrasions at the corner of my lips. The person who performed the treatment mentioned it was just my skin being sensitive although this is clearly a mistake and should not happen. I am very disappointed as my face hurts and I do hope I am not left with any scar or spot on my face. Would not recommend and definitely won’t be back.
