It was my first time waxing and Selam ensured that it was a good experience. She was very quick and efficient as well as being patient, attentive, made me feel at ease, and she explained what she was doing so that I knew what to expect. I've been getting waxes for c.20 years and this was a top wax - very thorough, knew the right angles so I had zero bruising and all the hairs were gone! Also great price!
