I'm afraid I have to agree with Anonymous about the wax. I was practically scalded with the temperature of the wax on my groin, it was the temperature of lava! I can take pain but this was too much. Also the therapist blowing on the applicator wasn't in the name of hygiene at all. Lastly the therapist didn't leave the room when it was time for me to get dressed again, she started tidying up for the next customer and I was left there to put on my garments starting from the underwear in front of her. This has never happened to me in this salon, the therapist usually leaves you to redress at your own pace and she then sees you again downstairs, leaving the tidying up of the cubicle after you have left the salon. A real shame as I have been going to this salon for years but I won't be going back.

Both my sister and I had a hair appointment with Nasreen today. She was very professional, kind and listened to what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this salon and make sure you book with Nasreen! She’s really good!
