I'm in London for a few weeks and was in desperate need of a haircut. I opted for the cut + conditioning treatment + blowdry and have to say it's one of the worst haircuts ever. Leine (who I believe did my hair) was rude and did things her way.
To start, when I tried to tell her I wanted 2 inches off, her response was "you don't need that." A little rude! The treatment was fine and as she cut my hair, she didn't listen to me saying I wanted long layers - they turned out horribly choppy, with an odd gap between them that doesn't go all the way around. Next, she asked how much I wanted off closer to my face and I told her I only wanted a bit off as I liked it longer, and she kept insisting that my hair had "no body, no shape" and that I had to take more off. I blindly trusted her and my a hair just looks ridiculous - the Layer doesn't go all the way around, starts somewhere in the middle of my hair, and is just awful. Finally, she blow dried and curled my hair and use the round hair brushes that were all gross with old hair on them, and would curl and leave them hanging on my hair and have to untangle them out. She didn't apply any product on them and the curls were gone within a few hours.
