The room where the facial takes place is clean and well organized. The actual salon looks run down. When I came in I was asked if I had an appointment and then told to sit down. I waited about 10 minutes for anyone to approach me again about my appointment. The music during the facial was very relaxing. I found the esthetician to be very nice, but she was chewing gum the entire time which was very distracting. Onto the facial itself: After peeking at the products after the service, I didn't recognize any of the names. All of the products were extremely fragrant. I had a couple of whiteheads that were missed and my face now seems to be breaking out, with some textural issues going on.
