There was a lot wrong with this appointment. They seemed surprised that I was there, the nail colours were not organised so the therapist was having to search for the type I was looking for, the colour I picked was old and stringy so I had to pick another one, the therapist seemed surprised that I had booked a soak-off and didn’t do it when I was having the manicure done so the pedicure was cut short. In addition, as someone who had used Beauty Works in the past, I asked if I could use my loyalty card and the owner actually laughed at me for asking when I booked through Treatwell. Just unnecessary.
I’m still giving 3 stars though as the therapist was lovely despite the poor organisation and the manicure lasted the longest I’ve ever managed (admittedly the pedicure was poorer quality as it was rushed).
My feet were in a lot of pain from pregnancy and after 45 mins I was back to normal. Would go again.
Excellent lashes, everyone has been complimenting me on them. They look natural and feel amazing. Will definitely have them done again.
