Really friendly, gave extra lashes, arrived on time and no extra wait. Would recommend
The centre is very clean, feels comfortable, and the stuff is friendly. Would suggest using disposable gloves for bikini and Brazilian waxing.
Having booked for 3pm, I arrived to be told that this was not possible. In an effort to be flexible, I offered to come back at 4 and this was accepted.
When I returned I was taken to an upstairs room that still had oily paper from the previous client. There was construction going on the next room, meaning constant hammering, banging and scraping. The masseuse tried to mask the sound by playing tinny music on her phone. This did not help.
At one point, one of the workmen from next door knocked and came in to the room. Unpleasant. The masseuse then went looking for another room but came back unsuccessful.
The actual massage itself was not good with insufficient pressure used and nails that did not help.
And in the end, the massage finished before the allotted time, meaning I didn't even get the full hour. I was in a rush to leave but emailed the salon directly when I got home but still no reply received.
I will not be in a rush back to Beauty Works.
