Beauty Works is always a straightforward experience for me. I've been coming for 20 years mostly for waxing and I usually only go elsewhere if they are booked up. I live locally. The staff are great and Rosie who I often see, knows more about my life than some of my closest friends and has great insight. So a big bonus on top of a boring leg wax.

I booked a last-minute pedicure as a treat to myself and am super pleased with the result! My feet feel incredibly soft and look fantastic. Paige rang me after I booked through Treatwell to confirm everything for me, and I cannot sing her praises enough. She did the pedicure for me, made sure I was comfortable throughout, helped me pick out a really cute pink polish and was just generally such a lovely person to be around. We had a great chat. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Paige when I do!
