Simone was fabulous and as it was my first eyelash extension was particularly attentive and I was delighted with the results,
My appointment was booked in and I had received confirmation, however when I arrived, the lady who was supposed to be doing my treatment was nowhere to be seen! I was not contacted by the shop beforehand or even after the whole fiasco by the manager, and I find that highly disrespectful and unprofessional. It's a good thing I opted to pay at the venue otherwise I wouldn't of been so calm. The ladies in 23a were helpful but unfortunately I still did not get my eyelashes done. The whole trip was a waste of my precious time & I definitely will not be booking with them again.
Such a lovely place and very nice ladies! Ear piercing was a breeze and its a thrill to look in the mirror and see my earrings each day! I feel like I've found a great gem of a place and have taken a brochure of their other services for future use!
Eyelash extensions were good but salon was in temp location so not as nice as would usually have been!
