They weren’t even there! The place was closed when we arrived and there was a number to call. Called but no answer. Then I got a text saying ‘sorry I can’t answer now’!! I texted to remind that we had a pre paid appointment and got a text back saying there was an emergency and she had to leave (no one told us anything beforehand of course). When I asked for a refund I got a very short text saying ‘ We will have to call Tomm very sorry ’ whatever this means. Appalling!

The facial its self was nice, my skin did feel refreshed afterwards from the treatment. For me, unfortunately I found the atmosphere disappointing. The environment wasn’t relaxing with a lot background noise and the fact the therapist wasn’t prepared and having to stop and start to go and get equipment.

The final result was a good one, but the service was very slow and they had to remove the first gel they used as it was cracking and looked weird. Took a lot of time.
Nice spa but very old products, so the varnish was quite gloopy and wasn’t that well applied.
Nice environment with no professional service and no designated area for that. Poor treatments - I will not recommend it.
