Therapist was lovely. The room where the treatment took place was not great just a waxing room and the therapist had to do the best to make the facial work without sink etc - was asked to come 15 mins early and the facial started 10 mins past the original booking time. I read a magazine which was fine. Again the treatment was a good basic facial and the therapist was really nice but I won't be coming back.
Seen 15 mins late, reception staff rude and chavvy. Facial good, but won't be back as is a horrible place.
Cathy is a lovely therapist, she made me feel really comfortable. The reception staff could be a bit more welcoming/friendly. I would definitely re-book.
