Staff seemed to be in a rush on this visit. I wasn't given any aftercare advice for my spray tan, which was disappointing. The area where the spray tan takes place could be a bit more private.
Overall, it was a very good pedicure with high quality products. The beautician was friendly and professional. I was pleased with final finish. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because the pedicure section is just behind a screen in main Reception so it is quite noisy.
My visit went down hill the moment I arrived as there was NO booking in my name at all. Even though I had booked on the 25th Feb and had 2 email and 1 text confirmation from treatwell.
My visit was very successful and now I have beautiful lashes! Thank you very much!
