Massage was no fuss but spot on. Ambiance was good. Happy with my brow wax. My Brazilian wax was fairly pain free but it's worth communicating exactly what you want done. Far too much came off for me! When booking through Treatwell you do need to call and make a booking with them or check they have it because it's not seamless between the two and for some reason resulted in several phone calls to the clinic. Worth it though for such good value.

I called to confirm the day before, then they cancelled via email on the day of my appointment. Instead of suggesting times when the service is actually available they just told me to rebook. Not great!
