It was a decent visit, the massage was great, but i am not sure whether the facials were good value for money.
I was not that satisfied with the service. The way the nail polish was applied was not at a high level of standard, for example the two coats were not evenly applied and the edges were not perfectly cleaned off so the end result was not perfect and looked a bit messy.
Good experience and nice treatment. Would've been nice for staff to follow up after treatment and not just leave the room with no follow up though!
After booking this massage I was called up my the spa (as I was on my way to my appointment) to be told my appointment would not be happening with no real explanation that made sense to me! To say I was disappointed is an understatement! What a waste of my time and energy plus the fact I had travelled all the way there.
