Unfortunately, my beautician did not come in, so I waited an hr for a replacement (who was then late). It is a shame becaus the lady I got was nice. The staff on the desk though didn't really keep me informed, when I arrived for my appointment, they had just called. I sat for my re-arrange appointment 45mins later and had to ask how much longer I would have to wait.

Really great Hollywood wax, the beautician was also very friendly and the overall experience was 5 stars.

The staff has changed a lot at this venue and my Brazilian was not good at all - in comparison to the previous ones. I was Ina lot of pain- more than usual.
