The entire manicure and pedicure treatment.....it's a joke!!!!!
First of all they had a double booking. my appointment was at 12 I finished at 15.00 so when I went I had to wait for 45 minutes, after that unfortunately the therapist couldn't overcome the situation and concentrate on her job, one mistake after another. Pedicure treatment is a joke you seat on a chair like a kitchen chair and they give you a bucket to soak your toes..... of course i didn't feel the pampering that you are describing.
definitely not coming back again!!!!
Also the pictures have nothing to do with how the place looks
I gave 3star to the staff and the only reason is that she offered shellac even if it was on the offer as a compensation but only for the manicure.
First time here for a manicure/pedicure treatment, it was really great and the staff were welcoming, the place was comfortable and the results were great.

I had booked an appointment, got confirmation. When I arrived I was told they had nobody to provide the service. I had just booked parking for one hr and in need of this service ASAP...still have not heard from them in relation to get refunded for the service which I did not receive. Will never be back
