Disorganised. Online booking system does NOT work. Appointment (booked days ago) cancelled two hours before. Not impressed, think it's unprofessional to cancel at such last minute, leaving me no time to find another place for my treatment before my holiday tomorrow.
Horrendously disorganised. They booked my appointment incorrectly twice - once they called me asking why I wasn't there when I'd booked the following week. When I arrived for my actual appointment they told me they were double booked and rearranged for the following day. When I arrived the second time, the building was all locked up as the receptionist hadn't turned up. When we did finally get inside (another poor woman had been waiting over an hour), the therapists were stressed as the phone kept ringing but there was no one there to answer it. My therapist was very apologetic - she was the only up side to the visit. However, the microdermabrasion barely made any noticeable difference.
It was a good clean venue. I was nervous as I hadn't had a leg wax in a long time due to having sensitive skin. They were really reassuring when my skin went really red. They helped me a apply lots of soothing lotion and reassured me it would be alright in the morning and it was. Thanks.
Annamaria was amazing. Not just very efficient and keen on details but she is even a lovely person to talk to
Sinem has helped me persevere to get my eyebrows back in shape. They are now thicker, even and in great shape. I am very happy.
