went for a shellac pedicure and service was great, prompt and courteous. I was not charged extra for shellac removal (off the big toes only) however the price was already high enough. The pedicure was great and had a really nice foot/leg massage however the selection of colours was very limited. There were only 3 reds (from light to dark) and the other colours were very limited as well. On a separate visit, for a shellac manicure, the price on wahanda was £5 more than what would have been charged at the venue directly. it's a bit of a shame that there are these price differentials which cast a doubt as to the authenticity.
Just had my appointment and it went fine. I took their price list for further reference and saw that the 2 for 1 deal I had on eyebrow/eyelash tint and waxing is advertised at £12/appointment by a junior Therapist or £15 by a senior on their list. The deal on Wahanda is advertised at 50% of £50..... I'm slightly confused.Nowhere does it say on their price list that it would be £50 for 2 of these treatments. Looking at it the full price would be £30, not £50.
Excellent masseuse, the best massage I had in years and I will definitely come back. i wasn't a fan of the music and They didn't have a proper massage table which sometimes led to an uncomfortable position, but that's it!
I had two vouchers for this venue, my partner bought them for me as gift but they couldn't fit me in same day which was very annoying as I had to travel there twice. First treatment was for a facial and yes it was cheap. It wasn't good at all and it felt like the therapist never did a facial before, no confidence at all and not too much knowledge. But the second on was for a massage, it was much more expensive and was amazing. At the end I left with the idea that you get what you paid for. Therefore, no cheap beauty treatments for me ever again. Thank you.
