I had booked an Environ facial but asked to have a treatment done with a special Environ machine thats supposed to be a better option - for a small extra cost. Unfortunately the receptionist had forgotten to inform the therapist, and the therapist did not have a machine available. She wasn't very helpful and at the reception I was told that unfortunately we would have to reschedule the appointment which was very inconvenient for me as it took me a while to get there. I then got to speak to the manager which was very helpful, she offered me a different treatment (and better) she would do it herself. In the end, I was very happy with my treatment, it was just the prior hour long wait that annoyed me. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes and might give it another go sometime as I was happy with my facial.
I went to Beauty Works for an Environ Active Vitamin facial and it was a wonderful relaxing and rejuvenating experience! I would recommend this treatment without any second thoughts...looking to go back very soon!

This was my first treatment at this beauty clinic and I have to say I was very happy with the facial I had. It was an environ facial (not using a machine) and it was so relaxing that I was drifting away during the treatment! The therapist was excellent, unfortunately I don't have her name but am sure the other therapists are equally good. Thanks so much, will definitely come again.
amazing value with Wahada voucher - £20 for an hour and half treatment, including a facial and make up treatment. Staff really friendly and professional. the place has been around for 25 years and I never noticed it, but will definitely be back now.
Loved the atmosphere, the staff very friendly and the facial left me refreshed and ready for the cold weather! Will definitely be going back and I recommend it. Make-up was not really my cup of tea, but can see many people loving it.
