I had a lovely Environ facial at Beauty Works West. The therapist was wonderful and I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. The heated massage table was a particularly welcome touch.
I bought the holiday package, which was very good value. The two therapists I had were very professional and friendly and the venue was warm and well-kept. My only complaint was the sceptical response I received from staff when I said I had already booked and paid via Wahanda. I was told they "didn't do that" and I had to show them my confirmation on my Blackberry. Eventually they rang up Wahanda while I sat there and made me feel pretty uncomfortable as if I was lying. Admin arrangements are not my problem and is between them and Wahanda. That aside I would still recommend the place and have since booked a facial, I was later spoken to in a professional manner by a woman I presume was the manager. I did leave with that polished feeling!
This was an ok experience, wouldn't rave about it but wouldn't say anything really bad about it either, the salon was clean, room was very cramped, but my therapist was very nice and friendly and good at her job and i enjoyed my facial.
The facial that I had here was good but the facilities felt average. The therapist was nice and gave me a blanket while I had the treatment, to make it more comfortable. My skin did feel good after the treatment.
NOT MUCH WELCOME, HOOVER WAS IN FRONT OF RECEPTION AND BLOCKING ENTRY TO THE RECEPTION, RECEPTIONIST THEN START TO HOOVER WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR TREATMENT...
THERAPIST WAS LOVELY, DID EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE BIG TOP ROOM WHICH IS QUIET AND WARM
BEEN TO BEAUTY WORKS BEFORE AND THEY HAVE SMALL NOISY ROOMS WHICH ARE VERY DATED AND IS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT TO HAVE MASSAGE OR FACIAL IN THERE...
