The place is easy to find but I was led to a tiny room which looked like the towels had not been cleaned since the previous client. When booking the massage I had asked for a female and on the day it was a man which I was not happy about but did not want to make it more awkward by kicking up a fuss. His phone then went off loudly during the massage and I generally found it hard to relax.
The ayurvedic massage was perfomed by an excellent professional therapist called Selina.She was really really kind and explained a lot on the treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and recommend it to everyone.
I was pleased with the outcome of my 3D lashes and was surprised at the length of time they lasted however, the venue did not look or feel like a spa at all!

The full lip color treatment I went in for did not show any results the first time or the second time (a month later) though they said that they have been doing this procedure for 20 years now. The first time I went in, I was rushed out because another appointment was waiting and mine was running over the allocated time.
OveralI, I did not notice any difference and wasted a lot of money on a procedure that showed absolutely no results and did not work.
Katy gave me a new set of eyelashes and she was excellent, highly recommended. The treatment was so relaxing i fell asleep and then woke up with lovely fluttery lashes! all the staff were lovely and the rest of their treatments are reasonably priced so i'll be going back.
