I have been here 2 times each time for eye lash extensions. i would say having had both full and half dont go for the half as they look funny only on the ends and they dont last as well. The salon is lovely really relaxing and the staff are wonderful. very high end experience. Will return again.
Beauty Works is always very friendly and I've rarely had to wait. On this occasion I was a little disapointed with the manicure - I really needed my cuticles trimmed back and the clippers they had were blunt. The therapist did try another couple of sets which were also blunt, so she did try her best to rectify the situation, but it's never fun watching your cuticles get torn/ ragged and knowing that a few days later they're likely to be sore. The manicure took longer than my normal place but there was lots of attention paid to the shape and finish to over all was pretty happy.
I have been to being to beauty works to get regular IPL treatments and find all the staff to be very friendly. My therapist is very professional and is always giving good advice without the hard sell. I have also booked in for massage, facial and eyelash extensions because I am so happy with this beauty service. I think it is great value for money.
First of all it was very nice to get an offer so close to home and then it was a great relief to find it was a brilliant offer to have chosen. It included 4 treatments - though I didn't choose to have the brazilian - and every part was delivered with the care and professionalism you would hope for; I certainly didn't feel that I was getting half measures because of the reduced price. The premises were adeqate and I quickly felt very relaxed there and the staff were very friendly. I will certainly return to the salon again. My sister and a friend went for the same offer on different days and were also very happy with the treatments and the salon.
Had a half set of lashes. They really only put them at the ends. Did not look like i had any extra on. Would not have half a set again. Did not last either.
