Very nice place. The massage was just what I needed and the therapist was very friendly and professionally. On arrival I was introduced to the massage therapist who showed my to the room. Definitely would recommend to others.
really helpful staff, and great service, excellent service and recommend to anyone. i enjoyed it and so did my partner. really clean place and staff was really professional. i would be visitng again. :)
I received a text confirming my appointment and therapist the day before...a good start. Then I received a call the morning of to say my therapist had an emergency to attend to but someone else could do it at a later time. Funnily enough, the therapist who treated me had the same name as the one who had the 'emergency'! I booked in for the aromatherapy massage which was ok, for the rest of the day my shoulders were aching as she spent so much time on them with her elbows! However she was very sweet. As I was getting dressed another therapist burst into the room (without knocking and without an apology for disturbing me) with another client who clearly felt awkward. I got a facial by the same therapist I had for the massage, lovely products she used, however the room was tiny! She steamed my face but didn't do a single extraction so I didn't benefit greatly from the facial. Thankfully I purchased a voucher from Living Social, otherwise I wouldn't have paid the original price ever.
I had my first ever lash extension at Beauty Works Crouch End last week. I'm more than happy with them. The session took over 2 hours and the therapist was really nice and chatty. She explained everything as she went along. I was booked in for a patch test 24hrs prior to my appointment as a precaution. I have some other wahanda vouchers for lash extensions at other salons for when these fall out, as yet none of them has asked if I require a patch test so I think it shows Beauty Works are really professional.
I totally recommend Beauty Works.
I booked in for a hot stone massage but was disappointed that the therapist was not informed and therefore did not get the stones ready. I had to settle with a Swedish massage in the end. The therapist I had was a little too rough in her touch for my liking for relaxation.
