I booked the 2 for 1 massage deal to work out some kinks that had been bothering me for a while. The first visit was nearly disasterous, as I turned up and the therapist that I had booked was not aware that she had an appointment in the morning, so didn't turn up! The lady that was manning reception offered to do my massage, which I agreed to, and I was led to a TINY room with a 'bed' that wasn't really even a proper massage table as there was no hole to put my face into, so I spent the entire massage trying to get comfortable. The therapist was lovely, if a bit more chatty than I would have liked, and her massage was very good, but the experience was a bit off because of the late start and confusion.
The second time I went in, they were once again running late, so my massage started about 20 minutes later than it was supposed to. The room was lovely and big, but the therapist didn't leave the room for me to get undressed and comfortable, which was a bit off putting!! The table was a proper one this time, and she had a heated blanket on it, so I was nice and warm for the massage, which was lovely. She was a very good therapist, and I left feeling very relaxed and calm. Unfortunately, the therapist chose not to escort me all the way down the stairs, so missed an opportunity for a tip. Apparently a chat about the laundry was more important!
Overall, I enjoyed the treatment, but they really need to sharpen up their timings and customer service a bit, but I would give it another try I suppose!
Well I booked this as we live in Muswell Hill and from the website it seemed like a big clinic but it was actually very small so very misleading. The voucher gave you a range of massages i.e. deep tissue, sports, reflexology but we got a generic one and had no option which was terrible in my eyes. Also the manager was sitting in the reception area making vouchers but ignoring all the clients...bizarre! On the up-side the receptionist was very friendly. My therapist was really nice but I could tell she was tired and she massaged too fast which I hate. Also the rooms there are so small that they have to push the massage bed everytime they need to move to the other side of your body...can't be good for the therapist's back. I went with my boyfriend and we are both massage therapists and we were really disappointed in the ambience, service and overall quality of the massage. Definitely sticking to local, independent massage therapists who specialise in their skill.
I had the Semi Permanent 3D Lashes with therapist Katy - the result are fabulous looking lashes. Katy was great and the treatment was very relaxing, I didnt even notice her attaching them and with the soothing music playing in the background I nearly fell asleep!
I would highly recommend this treatment and clinic.
they team were friendly and understanding, as I accidently went to the wrong clinic. my therapist Katy was lovely and friendly. I even stayed for an extra treatment-well this is how its supposed the work!!! I will definate use their services again, Thank you NB- I went in for eyelash extentions ( which is not included in the drop down and I stayed on for waxing)
My appointment was cancelled and moved to the following day due to staff sickness. Luckily, I was not put out too much. Premises were not as expected, business is held in a converted flat above a parade of shops. Entered through a small door between two shops, had to be buzzed in. Reception is on the first floor and treatment room was in a box room, one floor above reception. Had the Full Set of Semi Permanent 3D Lashes carried out by Katy the therapist. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She consulted which look I was after and suggested the appropriate length for my look. I trusted her judgement and she came across as professional with lots of experience. Results were very good, the lashes have really opened up my eyes. Friends, family and colleagues have commented how natural and fabulous they look.
