I had my lashes tinted this time as well as the wax. Wax was great and love the tint, Dhruvi does this in a chair to minimise the product going into your eye. I’ve had this before and often am laying down for it. She was also very gentle when it came to the final part of the process gently removing excess from the lid rather than being given a wet cotton round. Will definitely be returning.
