The therapist was not reasonable and considerate at all. She did not talk me through what she was doing. I explained to her that it was my first time getting a bikini wax but she did not give me any attention. No attempt to focus on my time, instead she was in such a hurry and kept telling me she had other customer to attend to as well. I expected her to first finish with me but she acted like she had other priorities. Her attitude made me terminate waxing my legs. She was also unapologetic

Let down. Turned up to a locked salon. Finished work early. Pre holiday waxing appointment. Paid £3 to park. Called both numbers several times. No answer. Very unprofessional. Avoid - if you want reliable service! If a zero star was available…..
