I arrived for my (prepaid) appointment but the salon was closed. The sign on the door says they close at 5pm so I unfortunately didn’t receive the treatment.

I came for my appointment and no one took me. Was already all paid for and no one gave me a refund, even after emailing I received nothing back at all. Really gutted as I loved this place

The ladies were very polite but I booked & paid for a leg, underarm & bikini wax. I never got a bikini wax because they said they didn’t do them, but I paid for it.
My underarm wax was good but my legs were very patchy. It was a shame because the ladies were nice but I didn’t get what I paid for which was a shame.

The service was very unprofessional, I was expecting a nice relaxing head massage but I left with a headache. Staff kept talking throughout the massage and complaining she was tired. The massage felt like I was getting my hair washed.
