I booked ahead but the staff asked me to wait - initially for 10 minutes and then I overheard one of the staff telling another it would be 15 minutes before the other person’s treatment was complete. I had a train to catch and offered to cancel the appointment. They did not want to cancel and got the customer before me, who was having a facial, to move into the main salon to sit in a chair while her face mask set. I was not happy with the way either of us was being treated and left.
