I’m really disappointed because this isn’t the first time I’ve been burned during an upper lip wax at this salon. I gave them another chance, hoping it was a one-time mistake, but it happened again. My skin is red, sore, and visibly burned. I now have to deal with the scars and marks from the burn. Proper waxing technique and temperature control should prevent this. I hope they take it seriously, train their staff, and ensure better care so no one else goes through this painful experience.
