The therapist was not reasonable and considerate at all. She did not talk me through what she was doing. I explained to her that it was my first time getting a bikini wax but she did not give me any attention. No attempt to focus on my time, instead she was in such a hurry and kept telling me she had other customer to attend to as well. I expected her to first finish with me but she acted like she had other priorities. Her attitude made me terminate waxing my legs. She was also unapologetic
