Brilliant, I felt welcome and comfortable as I did before, very thorough. Excellent service, I will definitely be returning.
No one was downstairs when I arrived but I was soon seen to. The facial was very thorough and my skin has never felt so soft, however I had no idea what was being put on my face most of the time as she didn't talk me through any of it which I would have preferred. Excellent value for money overall with great results.
I was a little weary at first about trying somewhere new for HD Brows - especially at such an amazingly good price. But I was really impressed by the thoroughness of the treatment. Using wax, threading, tinting and a few other techniques, the lady who did my brows was able to get a brilliant shape. Really defined and just how I like my brows. Considering it was my first time, I was super pleasantly surprised.
