Usually have a good experience at this salon but they are unclear with the prices and promotions. I paid for the promotion they offered but when arriving at the salon they told me I had paid for something else? When it clearly stated on my phone that I paid for the services. So instead of offering me the full service they offered me something else? Very confusing be careful booking online with this place and double check as they tend to change prices when arriving in the salon?

The place could do more in cleaning.
The beautician who did my shellac removal did not use nail polish remover to soak and weaken the shellac, but only nail file. She was so harsh in using the nail file she caused some bruises on many fingers around the nail and some of the fingers are still hurting and bleeding now, few days after.
The tools were coming from a drawer and not from a sanitizing liquid or bag.
