I had an appointment but when I arrived, they told me it was a 20 minute wait after my appointment. I sat in the pedicure chair and they started putting a plastic bag in the foot sink, and stated that the sink was cracked so leaks. The temperature of the water was luke warm and they sprinkled some bath salts in. As I was having the pedicure water started to leak from the foot spa all over the floor next to me a d over my shoes, and this wasn't noticed until it was pulled up by another customer.

Lack of professionalism. Avoid. There are better beauty salons in the area.

Really friendly staff. Fast and efficient Hollywood wax. Back cleanse was booked online and they weren’t aware but still did the treatment really well. Happy to recommend and will come back again.
