Upon arrival the receptionist was on her phone. Noone knew what we had booked in for. The hairdresser was not there we had to wait.One of the girls had henna on her hands as she attempted to wash my and my mums hair. The henna got on our faces and made such a mess (and stained) the hairvut was absolutely awful. She took off way too much more than what was agreed and furthermore my hair was not straight. I can't believe I paid as I had to go elsewhere to get it sorted
