My beautician was Raj, she took alot of care when doing my waxing. She done an amazing job and I didn't feel any pain.

It’s been 3 days and I’ve already got hairs growing back plus stubble, the aftermath was not smooth at all. Painful and I have a high pain threshold, the lady did not know what she was doing and had the audacity to say she had been waxing for 6 years. The area was hurting me for 48 hours after, which has never happened. I regularly get waxed and have never experienced such a thing in my entire life. Honestly, I am never going back and take it from me, save yourself and DO NOT get waxed here.

I’ll be so honest. I don’t think the lady that was doing my wax knew what she was doing, I had to ask her to use powder before to which she responded ‘oh, you don’t need powder when using hot wax’ (which is strange considering others ALWAYS use powder) she was basically ripping my skin off, not holding the bit that she waxed after, going in for the next strip without letting the pain subside from the one she had pulled off. No clue what she was doing. I am never going back, I am traumatised.

Idk if my Therapist was Nusrat but it was a very welcoming lady from India. I can’t express how good she was tbh! 💞She took very good care of me. I will be definitely coming back! The neck back and shoulder massage was so on point and the facial was so relaxing….💞💕
