Didn’t give us the full time because we were 5 mins late they made us wait 1 hour even though the slot was booked we paid for deluxe which is 1hr and 30 mins and got 45 mins we will be expecting compensation for that

I had the worst experience ever I paid for a deluxe manicure and pedicure and tint for my me and my daughter and spent over £85 for the experience to be absolutely awful. It was supposed to be a 1hour and 30mins appointment for the mani pedi for each of us and they failed to complete even an hour of service I’ve waisted my money and was shocked to see that i didn’t even receive some sort of refund. Absolutely would not recommend this type of treatment to anyone.

The staff were really lovely and treated me with care. They kept things professional, which avoided the awkwardness of getting waxed for the first time 😭 gave great advice and made it an overall comfortable experience.
