Unfortunately the person who took my booking told me the wrong time and then made it seem like my fault. The treatment was okay the therapist kept turning the light on and then off without warning meaning it was uncomfortable and I couldn’t relax

Waited 40 minutes because they didn’t realise I had an appointment. I asked for bangs and received a choppy haircut, chunks of my hair are missing. You could tell the hairdresser knew she messed up by reassuring me and styling the terrible cut. Not returning again, not worth it. If you don’t know how to cut a particular way, don’t do it. 0/10.
