The individual who cut my hair was lovely. When shown reference photo she took the time to look it over and explain what was being shown and asked if I wanted specific adjustments to suit me. I took her advice and am very happy with the results.

Jot, the lady who did my waxing, was lovely - it was my first wax, she checked that wax was not too hot and talked me through it... She was lovely and did a great job - I will be going back to her ☺️
