I don't know her name even if I knew i wouldn't say it. She had no Idea there's an appointment booked through treatwell so she had other clients to wax at the same time. She said sorry and she left for her wax client. She ruined my hair. I have never had such a joke haircut in my 43 years of life anywhere. I could complain to treatwell for accepting such a failure. How can you charge people for 1 hour, you not only know that you have a client, i doubt there's a haircut liscence she owns.

Walked in to the salon and was immediately told off by not booking direct through the salon but through treatwell. I stated I wouldn't have known they were there without treatwell. Eyebrows were ok. Bikini line was horrible, wax way to hot thought I was burning but the lady was arguing about the price at the same time and saying I wasn't listening to her. She wanted me to upgrade to a Brazilian, I wanted a bikini line. She refused to do the area between the belly button and pubic bone. AVOID
